NATURE OF CASE These consolidated cases present issues related to the administration of the Monroe D. Rosenberg Trust Agreement. We conclude that we do not have jurisdiction over one of the issues presented on appeal. We further conclude that the county court's failure to hold an evidentiary hearing requires us to vacate, and remand for such a hearing.
